As a former mechanic, I trust Des Golden

As a former auto mechanic of many years, there are several things I look for when deciding where to take my car for servicing and repairs:-

1) a shop that specialises in my type of car.
2) shop cleanliness and organisation.
3) shop morale/ good environment.
4) skill, honesty, positive reviews.
5) repeat clientele base.

Des Golden passes all of these requirements with flying colours. Every time (4) I've brought the car in for service, it was obvious that the work was performed by well trained professionals who know that car inside and out. It's also noticeable to a trained eye that the staff treats every car as if it were their own.

Additionally, this family owned and operated business has repeatedly gone over and above standard care in their efforts to make the time spent without my car as convenient as possible.
This is the first time I've ever owned a German car, and after my experiences at Des Golden, my wife and I agree that we will now own German automobiles exclusively just so that they can be maintained by Des Golden Specialist cars.
