Have to second all the positive reviews on here, an outstanding service experience and excellent communication all the way through, very knowledgeable. All preventative maintenance on what may be needed in the future pointed out too. Best in the business.
This is it, ive met my match. The quality of service from from front to back room staff is second to none. Everything ive asked for was provided with more on top. I want to go back straight away for more. Unfortunately work needs planning so I've got to be patient. Its been a pleasure to come across such incredible detail to service at all levels..
I needed a very short notice Pre purchase inspection done on a M3 down in cork and in my opinion who else would you even consider other than Des Goldens.
The report I got back covered everything and advised me of future work I may be needing down the line, service history etc The term Specilaist is bandied around a lot nowadays but when it comes to these cars they’re “Thee Specialists!!” Thanks guys for the excellent service and piece of mind!

How wonderful to find a business so accommodating to foreigners. As travelling Aussies we had a minor problem with our Audi Q3. Thanks to reviews & Mr Google we found Des Golden Cars first up. On arrival Joanne couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she organise a mechanic immediately to diagnose the issue, we were in & out in about 20 minutes & not requiring payment( but we insisted!!)
We headed back 3 days later after parts were ordered, to have the work done exactly in the time frame and at a very fair price for the service. Don’t hesitate to go to this mechanic, although busy, it just proves ‘busy people get stuff done’. With staff who care, this certainly equals a small business who means business!! Thank so much to Joanne & all the folks involved, there is no price for “peace of mind” when you have car challenges in a foreign country!!
